Fellow energies, I am grateful to you all for all the love, support and blessings. I have been thinking on how to help and contribute to mankind. I have realized that many are scared or have misconceptions about Reiki and other healing modalities. I am therefore going to discuss about Energy flow, using which, we can detox our own negative thoughts, eliminate barriers and blockages in our path to success. This will be a week long journey with me, where we will have an online session on zoom or google team for 60-90 minutes a day. I will be guiding you on how to charge yourself and how to be fully charged every morning.
As you all might have met people across, there are a few who feel awkward and restless every weekday morning. Its for the reason, they miss the energy in them and the reason to go to work. In this workshop, I will be teaching you Swar Gyan (hidden science of breathing). This knowledge is an ancient science of taking actions as per our breath and Indian Calendar. The actions to understand is keeping which foot first time in morning, which foot or hand to use when we start any important or normal task everyday, plus many more. These small but important tips are going to help and make life easier and more comfortable. How will you feel if almost all meetings or work you do are getting success?
I will also be giving you Reiki level 1 attunement, so that you can practice self healing and EFT with ease. During the session and after the session, all participants can use these skills for future. There will be a session on Sound healing meditation to detox them from body stiffness and stress. This will help them to come and rejuvenate, helping them to understand things easily and clearly. We will also learn about gratitude to all, why is it needed, what are the benefits and how can we get maximum benefit using simple techniques of gratitude. There will be a few live examples and stories for help fighting fear and stress from our lives.
